With more than twenty-five years of experience, Mr. Erreguerena dedicates his professional activity to the area of Intellectual Property Law.

He received his law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte in 2000, a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the Universidad Panamericana in 2001 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Civil Law from the same educational institution in 2003. In 2002, he received a Postgraduate Certificate in Patent Law from the Japan Institute of Inventions and Innovations (Japan).

Mr. Erreguerena joined the law firm of Noriega y Escobedo in 1996 and became a partner in 2006, remaining with the firm until 2011, when he decided to become a partner of Erreguerena y Abogados, S.C.

He has been teaching courses on Intellectual Property Law at the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte since 2002.

He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the Mexican Bar Association (BMA)

He received his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in 1998, and a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights from the Universidad de Castilla - La Mancha, based in the province of Toledo, Spain, in 2007.

His professional life was developed within the Federal Judiciary, in various constitutional control bodies of the First and Second Circuit.

Founding partner of Telcomiure Asesorías Integrales, S.C., in Mexico City and founding partner of the law firm Cabral Peña y Abogados, S.C., specialized in Intellectual Property.

Isabel began her professional career in 2005, in the legal area of ING Bank, where she developed corporate knowledge related to the financial activities of the institution. Subsequently, in 2007, she joined the real estate company El Cano, S.A. de C.V., as Director of the legal area, carrying out corporate legal and Industrial Property activities.

Isabel is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
